J. Victor Walker . . .
. . . . was born in Chicago, Illinois. He was educated in the Los Angeles, California School System and later relocated to Milwaukee, Wisconsin where he furthered his studies. In 1985, he entered into the United States Army and served as a Field Artilleryman, where he received an honorable discharge. In 1990, he accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal savior and in 1993, accepted the call to the ministry under the leadership of Prophet L. V. Robinson and Apostle G. E. Bradshaw. In 2006, he was ordained as Prophet followed by an elevation in 2007 to Apostle by Drs. J. W. and C. L. Webster of 100 Fold Fellowship, formerly known as Prophetic Kingdom of Yahweh.Apostle Walker has ministered throughout the Southern and Midwestern states as well as Internationally, bringing deliverance to Gods people through the gifts of laying on of hands, prophecy and preaching the unadulterated gospel of Jesus Christ. He has served as an Armourbearer, was licensed as a Minister and is an ordained Elder, Prophet and Apostle.He is married to MeChelle Walker, who serves along side him in the Hand of God Ministries as the Pastor. Together they labor before the Lord establishing ministries that equip the body of believers to be more productive citizens. They share a family of 12 children and 8 grandchildren and still have room enough in their hearts to nurture Gods people and Bring Believers to Maturity. His favorite quote is: I did what they say I did, but I am NOT who they say I am. He lives in step with the scripture Philippians 1:6 - Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ. He is a living testimony that no matter what you have done and where you have come from, God anoints and uses whom He chooses and if you are a yielded vessel, there is nothing that man can do to stop the plan God has for your life.
